Who Should Buy This
This cat litter is great for cat owners who want an easy and fast clean-up. It clumps well, so you can scoop waste quickly. If you have one or more cats and want to keep the litter box fresh and clean, this is a good choice. It is also good if you want a product that controls odors and is gentle on your cat’s paws.

Our Testing Experience
First Impressions
When I first opened the ARM & HAMMER Slide Platinum Easy Clean-Up Clumping Cat Litter, I noticed the litter was very fine and almost dust-free, which was a nice surprise. I immediately tried it in my cat’s litter box, and the clumps started forming quickly after she used it. It felt different from other litters I’ve used before because the clumps were really hard and didn’t stick to the sides of the box at all. It made me curious to see if cleanup would really be as easy as they say.
Daily Use
Using the litter every day was a smooth experience. Scooping out the clumps was fast and simple since they slid right out without any scraping needed. My cat seemed to like the texture too, and I didn’t notice any dust flying around while she was digging, which was great for keeping the area clean. The odor control was impressive as well; even after a full day, the litter box didn’t smell bad or strong, which made the whole room feel fresher.
Key Features in Action
The rock-hard clumps really made a difference because I didn’t have to worry about leftover bits sticking to the box or making a mess. The triple-action odor control worked well to keep smells at bay, which is a relief in a small apartment. I also tested it in my automatic litter box, and it worked perfectly without any issues. The almost dust-free formula was noticeable too – no coughing or sneezing from dust like I’ve had with other brands.
Long-Term Performance
After using the ARM & HAMMER Slide Platinum litter for a few weeks, I can say it still performed just as well as on day one. The clumping stayed consistent, and odor control didn’t weaken over time. I appreciated not having to scrub or scrape the box, which saved me time and made the chore less unpleasant. Overall, this litter made my daily cleanup easier and kept my home smelling fresh, which is exactly what I was hoping for.
