Who Should Buy This
The VOLUAS Automatic Cat Feeder is perfect for busy pet owners. If you have a cat or small dog and want to make sure they eat on time, this feeder is a great choice. It helps with portion control and keeps your pet’s food fresh. It is easy to set up and works well for dry food. This feeder is also good if you travel often or work long hours and need a reliable way to feed your pet.
This product might not be the best for owners of large dogs or pets that eat wet food. The feeder only holds dry food and has a 4-liter capacity, which may be too small for bigger pets or multiple animals. Also, if your pet needs special feeding times that change a lot during the day, this feeder may not be flexible enough.

Our Testing Experience
First Impressions
When I first got the VOLUAS Automatic Cat Feeder, I was excited but a bit unsure about how easy it would be to set up. Opening the box, everything looked neat and well-made. The instructions were clear, and I quickly plugged it in using the USB power cable. Setting the feeding times was straightforward, and I appreciated being able to choose between 1 to 4 meals a day with precise portion sizes. It felt like a gadget that really cared about my pet’s needs.
Daily Use
Using the feeder daily was a smooth experience. I programmed it to feed my cat three times a day with moderate portions, and it worked exactly as planned. My cat seemed curious at first but soon got used to the routine. The voice record feature was a nice touch—I recorded my voice calling her to eat, and it definitely made her more interested when the food was dispensed. It helped create a comforting mealtime routine even when I wasn’t home.
Key Features in Action
The portion control was a big winner for me. Each portion is about a tablespoon, which made it easy to control how much my cat ate and avoid overfeeding. The option to run the feeder on batteries is something I really liked too—it gave me peace of mind during a brief power outage, knowing my pet wouldn’t miss a meal. The voice recording feature was surprisingly effective, adding a personal touch that made feeding time less mechanical and more connected.
Long-Term Performance
After using the VOLUAS feeder for several weeks, I can say it held up well. The dispenser remained reliable and never jammed or missed a feeding. Cleaning it was simple, which is a plus for hygiene. My cat stayed on a consistent diet, and I appreciated not worrying about rushing home to feed her. Overall, it felt like a dependable helper that made pet care easier and less stressful.
